Uh, I don’t know, maybe he’s not…;)
FYI, my house is around 100 years old… But the interior was/is very 60′s.
Our next house is going to be brand spanking new. Ok, 10 years old tops!:0)

yea, he’s probably not kidding!
100 years? wow! myn was built in 1942. i know what u mean by your next house being new but i still love the older homes – like 1920′s. there was so much attention paid to detail back then.
